Julio House is both a geometric exercise and a home. Its clear structure defines a symmetric floorplan with a central room surrounded by eight doors. This space becomes the dining room and a fireplace. Despite appearing rigid and inflexible, the grid allows the resident to arrange the rooms as he pleases. The façades also vary depending on the landscape views and its relationship with the topography.
