In Spanish, fabric is tejido.
The new Raima Shop establishes a dialog between the existing historic building in Ciutat Vella and all that’s new. Two more floors are added to the three existing ones, and they are linked by voids, mechanic stairs, perforations… which allow the natural light to get into the core of the building.
A new collection of constructive exceptions is added to the multiple existing layers: stone walls, tejido walls, wood slabs, metallic slabs… Providing more complexity to the project.
