Zozaya Offices

This project is thought to be designed and built from the maximum economic and constructive efficiency. To achieve this, we use prefab concrete pillars and alveolar slabs.

The building’s minimum unit is the triangular pillar 1.15 m wide. It is repeated 18 times along the façade, and it is strategically placed to perform as a “brise-soleil” and protect the building from the sun effects, since the building is completely isolated.
