Jamón curing room

Study of proposals for a ham curing room in a farm land in Extremadura. An introverted space illuminated with skylights, a place to dry jamones. But at the same time, a place to enjoy the pleasure of eating them. The construction of the walls is made with traditional techniques from the area, a soil pressed wall covered with a precast concrete roof.
